Schedule changes and cancellations are only possible through the office where you made your reservation. (If you wish to change your schedule after online booking, please send an email at least 3 days before departure)

Seats are randomly assigned during the reservation process. If you have a preference for a specific type of seat or location, please request it via email to our staff. (Seat assignment may not be possible if the desired seats are sold out)

Tickets for Vladivostok departure to Donghae arrival can be booked until 11:00 KST, 1 day before departure. Korean nationals should make separate inquiries.

Passengers with temporary vehicle import/export cannot make direct online reservations and should contact our staff for booking assistance.
